Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a Start-Up/SaaS industry

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; self-motivated and growth mindset; able to work independently and in a team

Requirements:

  • Nurture assigned responsive leads and manage pipeline via HubSpot and other sales tools
  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads on Singapore incorporation, corporate secretary, tax and accounting regulations
  • Present Osome's software and onboarding processes to leads and guide them through onboarding
  • Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, using calls, emails, or preferred messaging channels

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

  • Building sustainable pipeline coverage through inbound, outbound and partner motions

  • Achieve set Revenue Targets

  • Achieve set Funnel Conversion Rates

  • Achieve set Internal Quality Scores

  • Manage assigned Responsive Leads via Hubspot and all other tools in the Sales Toolbox. Which includes but not limited to Aircall, Gmail,Lavender, Guru, Looker, Gmail

  • Adhere to company's sales processes and workflows

  • Nurture all clients based on Osome Company Values

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis):

  • Pick up and nurture assigned responsive leads

  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads on Singapore incorporation, corporate secretary, tax and accounting regulations, in order for the client to remain compliant when operating in Singapore.

  • Provide a thorough overview on Osome's software and onboarding processes.

  • Follow up with all leads in accordance to the sales cadence which include calling, emailing or texting via Whatsapp or any means the client prefers

  • Issue and follow up on invoices to convert the lead to a client

  • Inform the relevant stakeholders of a new client as part of the onboarding process

Key competencies for this role:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior sales consultant

  • Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.

  • Deep familiarity with CRM programs (Experience with Hubspot is a plus)

  • Ability to gather and interpret own sales data

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a Start-Up/SaaS industry

  • Outbound sales experience.

  • Experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is an advantage

  • Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team

  • Willingness to learn, with the ability to use any and all resources to get the job done

  • Proficiency and experience in Google Workspace/ Microsoft Excel, CRM/Sales platforms such as

  • HubSpot and Pipedrive will be an advantage
