What Youll Do

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.

• Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and effective solutions.

• Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience.

• Collaborate with team members and follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level or above).

• Good English skills (B2 level or higher).

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Relocation Package (for candidates moving to Athens)

• ️ Flight ticket (from within the EU).

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.

• Airport pickup.

• Assistance with housing Real estate agency fee covered.

Work-From-Home Information

• If relocating WAH (Work At Home) based in Athens.
