Job Description:
ICM is seeking a candidate with extensive experience Epicor CPQ, formerly KBMax CPQ. Experience with Epicor Commerce Connect is a plus, but not sufficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing as well as experience with Epicor V9, V10, or Epicor Kinetic.
This position involves working with clients across multiple locations, requiring up to 50% travel for on-site engagements.
Overview
Epicor CPQ (formerly KBMax) is a cloud solution that simplifies and automates sales, engineering, and manufacturing processes for complex, customizable products. Sales reps, partners, and online customers can configure products in 2D, 3D, and augmented reality (AR). The system then generates prices, quotes, proposals, sales drawings, CAD files, BOMs, and more for the unique configuration. Epicor CPQ streamlines an otherwise lengthy and laborious ETO process, driving speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
In general Epicor Kinetic is a cloud solution that simplifies and automates sales, engineering, and manufacturing processes for Make-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order manufacturers. The software modules automate Quote-to-Cash, financial, and document management functions. Our current need is for the Engineering, Manufacturing and Quote-to-Cash process areas.
Job Description (Summary)
The successful candidate will use their previous experience of Epicor CPQ, formerly KBMax CPQ, to dig deep into customer issues and goals, learn about their products and business processes, and then develop for them a fully integrated solution. Solutions almost always involve other business systems (like ERP, CRM, CAD, etc.) - general knowledge of this space is critical. You will use documented methodologies to assist them in using the Epicor software to improve their business processes. You will use your sharp development skills to build custom user interfaces and advanced product rules that automate the design/quote process - will need advanced configuration and pricing algorithms.
Experience
· Good experience of KBMax, or Epicor's KBMax CPQ required. Experience in the old Epicor CPQ version, before the KBMax purchase is helpful, but not sufficient
· Snap / Snaplogic
· Experience automating CAD models with macros or any other CAD automation technology
· Development of CPQ configurators from initial analysis through implementation and development
· Ability to use toolsets (BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Application Studio) for the creation of custom Forms, Dashboards and reports
· Integration to third party tools and websites
· Working with manufacturing companies
· Good understanding of Epicor Quote-to-Cash and engineering modules
· Experience in Implementing business processes through analysis
· Strong Communication skills
· Accustomed to do proper documentation
