Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in Workday HCM modules (Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Time and Absence, Payroll)
  • Strong Workday integration expertise with hands-on experience in Workday API, metadata, and integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF); Workday Orchestration
  • Active Workday HCM/Integration certification (added advantage)
  • Proven ability to design, architect, and lead Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations

  • Design and architect the Workday system to align with organizational goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices
  • Provide technical leadership in planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and adherence to Workday best practices
  • Optimize existing configurations to improve efficiency and adapt to evolving business needs

Role: Workday Technical Lead
Location : Remote (in US)+ travel upto 25%
Job Description:
  • Extensive experience in Workday HCM Modules - Recruitment, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Learning, Time and Absence and Payroll
  • Must have experience as a Workday Technical Lead/ Consultant with a strong focus on Workday integration and must have Workday API and Meta data or functional knowledge.
  • Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on the capabilities and limitations of the Workday platform.
  • Workday Integration experience and latest tool reference.
  • Workday Orchestration experience.
  • Design and architect the Workday system to align with organizational goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient use of Workday technologies.
  • Optimize existing configurations to improve efficiency and align with evolving business needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, integrations, and development tools.
  • Should have excellent hands-on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF)
  • An Active Workday HCM/Integration certification (added advantage).
