The Communications & Community Building Associate is someone who is enthusiastic and skilled at telling good stories. They can convey a clear and simple message through fun and effective communication. They love creating stories, whether it's through video, music, writing, art or anything else. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Communications and Community Building Strategy for Sama.
  

• Create content, including social media posts, press releases, and internal Community Communications.
  

• Develop and execute community building activities.
  

• Write copy for posts, email blasts, newsletters.
  

• Organizing events to keep Sama's community engaged.
  

• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics.
  

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills.
  

• Strong organizational skills.
  

• Self-motivated. Willing to create, implement and track campaigns by themselves.
  

• Prior experience in communications and community building is a plus.
  

• Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is a plus.
  

Benefits

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary Range - 25,000 to 45,000 per month.
