Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the transformation of our bonus engine into a dynamic constructor capable of creating custom and personalized bonus templates. This role will focus on eliminating existing bonus types and introducing new reward mechanisms such as spin wheels, scratch cards, loot boxes, and other innovative rewards. The successful candidate will integrate data-driven analytics, budgeting capabilities, presets, and AI-powered content suggestions to enhance the player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refactor Bonus Engine:
  

• Lead the transformation of the current bonus engine into a flexible and modular constructor.
  

• Remove predefined bonus types and enable the creation of reusable bonus templates.
  

• Integrate new reward mechanisms including spin wheels, scratch cards, loot boxes, etc.
  

• Customization and Personalization:
  

• Develop features that allow for custom and personalized bonus options based on player data and preferences.
  

• Utilize AI to suggest relevant content and bonus configurations.
  

• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  

• Implement analytics tools to track bonus performance and player engagement.
  

• Develop budgeting tools to manage bonus allocation and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  

• Integration and Presets:
  

• Introduce preset configurations for common bonus types to streamline the creation process.
  

• Ensure seamless integration of new features with existing systems and platforms.
  

• Collaboration and Innovation:
  

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  

• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve the bonus system.
