This is a remote position.

Recruitment Specialist

Join our dynamic company that spans the technology, healthcare, and finance industries. We're seeking a remote Recruitment Specialist to engage with candidates, manage the recruitment process, and support hiring managers.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with candidates both online and offline to identify top talent.
  • Screen applications to ensure candidates are the best fit for open positions.
  • Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interact on professional platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Oversee background checks for selected candidates.
  • Manage candidate relations using CRM tools to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with our HR team and various departments across the company to support hiring efforts and drive company growth. You'll be a key player in ensuring that our hiring processes are smooth and effective.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proven ability to navigate recruitment tools and platforms like ATS and CRM systems.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to identify quality candidates efficiently.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment is required. Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems is preferred.
