Recruitment Specialist

What You'll Do:

Engage with candidates both online and offline to identify top talent.
Screen applications to ensure candidates are the best fit for open positions.
Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interact on professional platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
Oversee background checks for selected candidates.
Manage candidate relations using CRM tools to ensure a positive candidate experience.
