Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance Workday implementations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution, stakeholder engagement, and overall delivery quality across complex, high-impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects (HCM, Payroll, Finance).
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risk, and scope.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and Workday partners.
  
• Oversee project governance, testing strategy, change management, and training coordination.
  
• Ensure alignment between business needs, system design, and implementation activities.
  
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
  

Profil

Profile Sought : 

• 7+ years of experience in IT or ERP project management, including 3+ years with Workday.
  
• Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, or Finance processes.
  
• Experience working with public sector and/or healthcare clients (asset).
  
• PMP certification or equivalent (asset).
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Fully bilingual (English and French, written and spoken).
  
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies is an advantage.
