DevOps Engineer

This is a remote position.

Years of experience: 5+

Education and Certification:

Required: • University degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.

• AWS DevOps Engineer

Desirable certifications: • AWS Solution Architect

Skills Set: Required:

• Design and IaC implementation of deployment and deployment automation for AWS environment, in particular hands-on skills in CloudFormation and CloudPipeline

• CICD Tools, namely Bamboo

• Build tools for Java, Angular, Docker

• Release management and lifecycle

• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Desirable:

• RDBMS design, optimization, maintenance and data migration, ideally for Oracle and Postgresql within AWS environment

• AWS IaC implementation with CDK

• Development with Java, Spring Boot v3, JPA, Angular 8+

• SSO configuration, such as OAuth2, OIDC

• Test automation

Experience: Required:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AWS and IaC automation.

 • At least 5 years of experience in implementation of DevOps and CICD.

• At least 5 years of experience in implementation of the build processes for Java, Spring Boot, Angular and Docker.

Desirable:

• SCRUM, Agile, Prince2 methodologies.

• RDBMS DBA experience

• Java, Spring Boot, Angular development experience
