We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound SaaS Sales Specialist with a background in account-based marketing and a strong understanding of IT services to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate and close deals for IT services (SaaS Solutions)
Negotiate and close deals for managed services and ongoing support
Daily prospecting: Identify and engage with key decision-makers
Ensure smooth transition of information during follow-ups with prospective clients
Foster and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and implement sales strategies
Network with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors
Thrive in high-stress environments while staying organized and proactive
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitive landscape
Maintain beneficial business relationships for future sales opportunities
Requirements
At least 2-4 years of experience in sales within the IT services and managed services industry in roles such as BDR, SDR, or Outbound Sales Hunter
Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and techniques.
Track record of successful outbound B2B sales in IT services, particularly to clients in competitive industries
Strong understanding of IT services, managed services, and cloud solutions such as CRM Systems, Inventory Systems, Accounting Solutions, etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
High emotional intelligence and client empathy
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in CRM systems
