Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe / DB2 Developer for an ONSITE / REMOTE position. If you are available please get back to me, or if you know someone that is looking please pass this email along to them.

Location: REMOTE (minimal onsite as needed)

Duration: 6+ months contract with extensions

Start: ASAP

Rate: OPEN - send best 1099 or C2C rates

Skills Needed: Mainframe resource DB2, who knows Cobol

Details: Mainframe COBOL, Very strong Db2 Development, Native/Cobol Stored Procedure, JCL, CICS Web

- Experience in developing COBOL applications and Web Services in a Mainframe environment

- Knowledge of IBM DB2, COBOL, CICS, JCL

- Knowledge in multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, and multiple development platforms

- COBOL, JCL, CICS, TSO, JCL, VSAM, DB2, Stored Procs, SQL and IMS DB
