Job description

Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for a Campaing Execution Specialist to join their team.

Key Resonsabilities

As a Campaign Execution Specialist you will have to:

Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonuses
Handle complaints and provide solutions related to bonuses
Monitor and evaluate the activity of customers
Provide accurate information regarding company's promotions
Handle daily promotions for both Online Sportsbook and Casino
Deliver marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools)
Communicate with Sportsbook & Casino Departments, providing feedback regarding promotions, banners etc.

Requirements

At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
Experience in using CRM tools/ campaigns is a plus
Passion about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
Excellent communication and a team working spirit
Fluency in both English and Portuguese language
Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
