About Red Software Development:

Red Software is a leading software development agency helping businesses go from 0 → 1, with a strong focus on US and European startups. We specialize in building high-quality, affordable MVPs, bridging the gap between overpriced agencies and unreliable freelancers.

Role Overview:

As Product Delivery Manager, you will own every project from contract signature to final delivery. You’re the connective tissue between clients and internal teams - making sure the work gets done, issues are resolved quickly, and everyone stays informed. You're part project manager, part product translator, part delivery enforcer.

Your job is to ensure that every project stays on track, clients stay informed, and the team is always clear on what's next.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Ownership & Oversight
    • Take full ownership of projects post-contract - set them up for success from day one.
    • Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and milestones to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Keep the internal project tracker dashboard up to date with task statuses, timelines, blockers, and priorities.
    • Identify and address issues early - proactively highlight blockers across Product, Design, Development, and QA.
  2. Internal Team Coordination
    • Ensure every team member knows what they’re doing, what’s next, and what’s at risk.
    • Lead internal weekly syncs to update team members on priorities, deadlines, and changes.
    • Surface team needs (resourcing, info gaps, etc.) to relevant Team Leads or Leadership.
    • Drive accountability and follow-up on open items or overdue tasks.
  3. Client Management & Communication
    • Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
    • Attend all client calls and lead delivery-focused discussions (status updates, blockers, demos, etc.).
    • Manage client expectations, communicate delays or trade-offs clearly and proactively.
    • Translate client feedback or requests into actionable tasks for the team.
  4. Reporting & Visibility
    • Own and maintain the project dashboard and ensure it's always accurate and up to date.
    • Present project statuses clearly during weekly cross-functional coordination calls.
    • Highlight risks, delays, or upcoming decisions needed from leadership or the client.
    • Track project KPIs and timelines to ensure delivery aligns with Red Software’s internal benchmarks.
  5. Process Improvement
    • Contribute to refining delivery processes, project kickoff templates, and communication standards.
    • Work with leadership to iterate on tools, dashboards, and delivery workflows to scale with company growth.
    • Share learnings across projects to make future delivery more predictable and smooth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in project or delivery management, ideally in software or product teams.
  • Strong communicator who can interface with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
  • Excellent at breaking down complex tasks into clear actions and tracking them to completion.
  • Calm under pressure, organized, and action-oriented - you spot issues early and take initiative.
  • Experienced with startups, MVPs, or fast-paced digital agencies a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with product development tools (e.g. Notion, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Understanding of lean startup methods and MVP scoping.
  • Background in product management, software delivery, or startup operations.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, QA).
