Roles & Responsibilities

Experience with SAP S/4HANA MRO material master data cleanup and governance
Strong data analysis skills, including functional data analysis
Experience in data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration activities
Ability to identify obsolete materials, validate key attributes, and drive data quality improvements

Requirements:

Identify, confirm, and deactivate obsolete MRO materials in SAP S/4HANA
Identify and manage the disposition of potential duplicate MRO materials
Identify and cleanse MRO materials with incomplete or incorrect attribute values to ensure data accuracy
Facilitate R2 blueprinting and data migration activities and lay the foundation for future S4 process optimization

Job description

This is a remote position.

Role: Techno-Functional Lead

The core objective of this Scope of Work is to clean up the MRO materials currently residing in S4.

S4 contains 188K MRO materials, 118K (63%) have been determined to be obsolete

Removing the obsolete materials and cleansing the remaining 70K will:

Improve current S4 activities (e.g. search capability) by removing irrelevant materials and ensuring complete and correct values for key attributes
Facilitate R2 blueprinting and data migration activities
Provide a foundation for future S4 process optimization

The scope of work includes:
