This is a remote position.

Who we are

We are Negentrix Holding, an education group in Germany that includes IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie and Beam Institute of Technologies. Since 2022 we’ve been helping people who relocated to Europe rebuild their careers, understand the local job market and feel more confident in a new country. Our products teach hard skills and show how things actually work here, from culture to hiring habits — and the employment results speak for themselves.

Now we’re expanding into new markets and building an internal R&D marketing team.

Who we’re looking for

We need a performance marketer who doesn’t think in terms of “traffic”, but in terms of “results”. Someone who understands audiences, numbers and the actual purpose of each test.

You’re a fit if:

  • You run Meta and Google campaigns hands-on and have real cases to show.
  • You know the technical part: tracking, events, attribution, pixels, conversions.
  • You can create simple creatives and ad texts fast with AI, but with taste.
  • You’re strong in analytics: funnels, media plans, projections, cohorts, stat significance.
  • You think from the test’s goal, not from the channel.
  • You can write IT tickets and verify tracking setups.
  • You’re independent and fast.
  • You value freedom and responsibility.
  • You enjoy working closely with product and the PMM.

What you will do

  • Run Meta and Google campaigns for test hypotheses.
  • Build simple creatives and texts when needed.
  • Create forecasts, funnels and media plans.
  • Launch campaigns with correct tracking and compliance.
  • Monitor and optimise daily.
  • Support several tests at the same time.
  • Describe results clearly.
  • Manage test budgets responsibly.

  • 2+ years in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on Meta and Google experience.
  • Strong technical setup and troubleshooting skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable with fast pace and multiple streams.
  • Located within 3 time zones of Berlin.
