Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the design for the implementation of retail systems and other integrated applications, ensuring their ultimate integrity, supportability and that they meet the requirements.
Provide expertise in Retail solutions, MuleSoft and other technologies, leveraging your knowledge to advise and design efficient and scalable solutions.
Produce coherent and structured High-Level designs complying with best practices.
Lead TDA sessions with clients to seek understanding and sign-off.
Create, maintain, and revise solution documentation, ensuring it is up to date and effectively communicated to the operations team and other stakeholders as required.
Ensure that solutions are robust and cater for necessary compliance and data protection requirements.
Apply your expert knowledge of solution architecture and technology, specifically in the retail and digital domains.
Utilize strong architecture and design modelling skills to create clear solution diagrams.
Translate business needs into actionable architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders, adapting the message to suit the audience.
Ensure awareness of industry trends and technology advancements within the retail space.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, working with various solutions in the Retail/eCommerce domain.
Previous experience implementing POS systems, ERPs, PIM, PLM etc as a Solution Architect.
Proficiency in architecture and design modelling techniques, such as UML.
In-depth knowledge of the retail domain across different disciplines such as physical retail, digital, wholesale, supply-chain etc.
Demonstrate excellent problem analysis and resolution skills, effectively addressing challenges and finding innovative and pragmatic solutions where required.
Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Customer-focused mindset and keen attention to detail.
