As a Zoho One Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Zoho One solutions to streamline our business processes, enhance productivity, and drive growth. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives. Design and customize Zoho One solutions to meet specific business requirements. Configure and integrate various Zoho One applications, such as CRM, Books, Creator, and more. Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and scripts to optimize processes. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on Zoho One tools. Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho One-related issues promptly. Stay updated on Zoho One updates and new features to ensure the system's effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Zoho One Architect or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Zoho One applications and their capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in Zoho One or related technologies is a plus.
