Roles & Responsibilities

5–8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (production level), AWS EKS, and core AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, etc.)
Experience running Kubernetes in hybrid or on-prem environments; Terraform experience (IaC)
Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking concepts (L4/L7, DNS, load balancing), containers and container runtimes; scripting skills (Python required, Go a plus)

Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to support and scale production Kubernetes platforms in a hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes at production scale, and Infrastructure as Code, and is comfortable working close to systems, networking, and automation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, scale, and support Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Manage and optimize AWS EKS and core AWS services
Support hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem)
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Improve system reliability, availability, performance, and monitoring
Troubleshoot complex system, container, and networking issues
Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python preferred, Go a plus)
Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve CI/CD and reliability

Required Skills & Experience:
