Loan Officer

We’re a top-producing mortgage team in the Atlanta market, known for combining deep market knowledge with an outstanding client experience. We’re looking for a motivated Loan Officer who can step into a high-energy environment, originate loans, and directly support one of Atlanta’s leading loan officers.

 Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through a mix of supplied leads and self-generated business.
  
• Support Jasmine’s production by handling high-value tasks such as:
  
  • Locking loans and walking clients through options on video calls.
    
  • Preparing and reviewing loan estimates.
    
  • Covering client communications during evenings and weekends as needed.
    
• Occasional travel to the Atlanta Office.
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines while maintaining a smooth loan process.
  
• Deliver excellent client service by managing expectations and providing clear communication throughout the loan lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with our Atlanta-based team of processors, underwriters, and support staff for efficient closings.
  

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Georgia (additional state licenses a plus).
  
• Proven ability to originate FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional loans.
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage origination.
  
• Strong understanding of loan products, pricing, and lock procedures.
  
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  
• Willingness to attend events and occasionally work outside of standard business hours.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate new business while leveraging provided leads.
