Lead Panel

•  Serve as a resource to help team members be successful in their roles.
• Communicate scheduled tasks to employees and monitor progress.
• Work with management to ensure all projects are being completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• Ensure that team members complete tasks in accordance with company’s quality, production, 
• and safety standards.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve problems as necessary; communicate appropriately with affected 
• team members and departments.
• Construct electrical panel boxes by assembling wiring, switches, and cables.
• Perform inventory control functions to ensure sufficient supplies to complete projects
• Label and test electrical equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 Required Skills & Abilities: 

•   Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision-making and problem-solving.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of fundamentals of electronics.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.

Education & Experience:

•  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in related field required.
• Industrial wiring experience required.
• Experience with OSHA safety requirements preferred.

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
