Microsoft Integrations and Migrations Consultant

We are seeking an innovative Microsoft Integrations and Migrations Consultant to join our Technical team. The primary responsibility of the Integrations and Migrations Consultant is advisory, consulting, and implementation services for strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and all major services. Reporting to the Infrastructure and Migrations Practice Manager, you will deliver consulting technical expertise or technology-based solutions for multiple clients.

To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about helping organizations leverage the value of Microsoft Exchange, Azure, and the M365 Platform. We are searching for someone to join our Modern Workplace practice who will work with our clients to understand their infrastructure needs, create technical roadmaps, and help clients achieve their technical goals. The majority of your time spent in this role will be dedicated to working within Identity Management and prepping for/conducting migrations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects
• Deliver Microsoft-centric technical solution expertise on client project engagements
• Provide tier-three support to Clients when needed
• Proactively identifies opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them
• Drive client confidence by developing proposals while functioning as the technical expert
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technology, process, and integration issues
• Provide guidance and expertise on functions, processes, tools, technologies, service improvement programs, and technology-based solutions
• Monitor client satisfaction and expectations

• 2+ years of experience supporting Exchange, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Experience migrating users, email, and data to the cloud or from tenant to tenant
• Experience using migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, AvePoint etc.
• Experience supporting multiple workloads or projects simultaneously
• Able to communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in person, over video calls, and in writing
• Able to establish and nurture strong internal and client-driven relationships and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment
• Experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures is strongly preferred
• Prior consulting exposure is preferred
• MS-100/101 or AZ-104 certifications are useful though not required
