Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Business Systems Analytics, plays a key role within the Adapt Operating System (AOS), partnering across the enterprise to lead multiple high impact, strategic analytics initiatives. This role drives improved business performance through advanced data analysis, transformation, validation, and modeling in support of technology, process, integration, and operational improvements. The position requires agility in a dynamic environment, the ability to independently lead complex reporting and analytics efforts, and close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results. As a leader within AOS, the Senior Manager coaches and develops teams in problem solving methodologies while contributing to enterprise level initiatives that shape performance, outcomes, and long term value—making this an exciting opportunity for a results driven analytics leader ready to make a broad and meaningful impact.


This position offers significant visibility to senior and executive leadership through enterprise-level work, measurable outcomes, and recurring engagement with business/operations and technology leaders. Success in the role builds a strong platform for expanded scope and career progression (e.g., broader team leadership, enterprise analytics ownership, or operational excellence leadership pathways). As an AOS leader, the Senior Manager also coaches and develops teams in structured problem-solving to accelerate adoption, capability-building, and sustained performance improvement. 


Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Lead large scale report development initiatives, coordinating efforts with business stakeholders, the Data Platform team, and the broader Analytics organization.
  • Conduct in depth business analyses and lead initiatives focused on driving growth, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to business segments.
  • Partner in cross functional projects to improve data quality, integrity, and readiness for use in analytics and visualization tools.
  • Maintain and refresh dashboards on a regular cadence, performing data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business owners and IT partners to gather requirements and develop scalable, business aligned analytics solutions.
  • Establish clear, effective communication with end users to ensure requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Develop, test, document, and support analytics solutions that inform decisions impacting clinical outcomes, quality of care, patient safety, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning by proactively strengthening technical and analytical capabilities aligned with role requirements.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program and data governance standards.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data warehousing technologies.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Demonstrated mental alertness and the ability to analyze large volumes of data and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, and remain stationary for extended periods, as required by the role.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers due to prolonged computer use.
  • Work environment may be fast paced and occasionally stressful due to fluctuating workloads and business priorities.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and sustained exposure to computer screens are required.
  • Ability to lift to 5–10 pounds periodically, as needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Physical and mental capability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • This position is eligible for remote work and may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on business needs and role requirements. Occasional in person meetings, collaboration, or travel may be required.
