Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in administrative and basic financial tasks (accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software; strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities; detail-oriented; ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support monthly financial closings and generation of reports for management
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records
  • Help monitor budgets, process payments, and maintain filing and documentation for compliance
