Requirements:
Be the face of CloudLabs Engineering for customers and maintain exceptional customer experience/satisfaction in terms of program and product management.
Accurately translate customer/leadership requirements into technical requirements for the engineering team and set customer/leadership expectations in terms of scope, timelines, and updates.
Prioritize and own project delivery, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery; identify and highlight risks early to manage expectations; facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and alignment between teams.
Define Product Roadmap, maintain release notes (internal and customer facing), conduct customer interviews/product research, and derive data-driven insights to guide product strategy.

Accountabilities: Program Management
Be the face of CloudLabs Engineering for customers and maintain exceptional customer experience/satisfaction in terms of program and product management.
Accurately translate customer/leadership requirements (Prepare Functional Requirements) into technical requirements for the engineering team and set customer/leadership expectations in terms of scope/timelines/updates.
Prioritize and own projects delivery, ensuring on time and within scope.
Identify and Highlight risks well in time to manage customers /leadership/internal team’s expectations.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and alignment between engineering, services, support, and sales teams.
Demonstrate pattern of support team understanding product more, resulting in reduced basic requests from support/services to intern.
