Requirements:

  • Lead development of integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, including extensive market research (segmentation, benchmarking, demographics, and trend analysis) to identify growth opportunities and refine product positioning.
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel product marketing plans, analyze market, media, and performance data to inform budgeting and resource allocation, and monitor campaign outcomes for ROI.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from research and brief development to creative review, media coordination, post-campaign analysis—and collaborate with Digital Media, Corporate Communications, Product Development, and external agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all communications, maintain a centralized marketing calendar, ensure content accuracy, and distribute collateral across sales channels.

The Role

The JN Group Marketing Dept. is seeking a results-driven Senior Brand Specialist to lead research-informed marketing strategies and strengthen brand performance. This supervisory role requires strong analytical capability, disciplined execution, and the ability to deliver timely, accurate outputs that support strategic decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy Development

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market research, including customer segmentation analysis, competitor benchmarking, demographic studies, and trend analysis.
  • Interpret research findings to identify growth opportunities, refine targeting strategies, and improve product positioning.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that inform brand strategy, product messaging, and campaign direction.
  • Ensure all communications maintain brand consistency and full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Marketing Planning & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive product marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
  • Gather and analyze market, media, cost, and product performance data to inform budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Monitor product performance in the market and recommend adjustments to strategy based on measurable outcomes.
  • Prepare structured management reports that provide clear insights into campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and customer engagement trends.

Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including research, brief development, creative review, media coordination, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with Digital Media, Corporate Communications, Product Development, and external agencies to execute product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized marketing calendar to ensure alignment across channels.
  • Oversee fact checking, content accuracy, and message clarity across all promotional materials.
  • Ensure marketing collateral is effectively distributed across sales channels and stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • Project management exposure is an asset.
