This is an exciting professional growth opportunity with a national appraisal and assessment firm that is continuing its expansion. This specific position is for a full-time role for a Certified General Appraiser on the data center practice.

What we Offer:
The Appraiser position requires a self-motivated, driven individual who can complete high-quality appraisals while meeting strict deadlines. The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding analytical and research abilities, and have a strong desire to obtain and maintain professional designations. This individual must be willing to work as part of a team on Data Center appraisal assignments, with Argus Enterprise proficiency being preferred. The Appraiser will be responsible for managing their own time and therefore is responsible for communicating with BBG colleagues and clients on appraisal status. This individual will be available during all working hours for phone calls and video conferencing with management, teammates, and clients if the Appraiser chooses to exercise their privilege of being remote. The Appraiser must be able to travel the country independently.
