Technology readiness: Windows 10/11 with latest updates or macOS Sonoma+; 4GB RAM; 4-core CPU; antivirus installed and updated; high-speed internet; no VPN or proxy; MFA via smartphone; Android devices not supported.
Availability: able to commit at least 40 hours per week during standard business hours and able to pass a background check and onboarding requirements.

Requirements:

Conduct remote document review tasks using Relativity or other eDiscovery tools.
Adhere to project schedules (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week) with overtime approved on a per-project basis.
Maintain data security and confidentiality, ensuring compliant and secure connections.
Complete onboarding steps (register on the review platform, update profile, and pass the document review assessment) and participate in assigned review projects.

HaystackID is seeking Paralegals, JDs and licensed attorneys for remote document review projects starting immediately.

DETAILS:

Pay Rate: $21/hr
Schedule: 8 hours per day/40 hours per week (overtime is approved on a project by project basis)
Hours: 8 am-8 pm Local Time (Weekend work may be authorized)
Location: Remote

Requirements

License Requirements: Must be either a paralegal, JD, or licensed attorney
Platform Experience: Prior experience with Relativity (or other eDiscovery platform) preferred
Technology Requirements: You must have Windows 10 or 11 with latest updates applied / MacOS 13 “Sonoma” or newer with the latest updates installed; 4GB of RAM; 4 core CPU; Antivirus installed and updated; Physical laptop or desktop computer; High speed internet; No VPN or Proxy connections; Non-public WIFI/Secured WIFI connections; Smartphone or Mobile phone for multi-factor authentication. Android devices are not supported for connecting to HaystackID review environment.
Availability Requirements: Must be available minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the review during standard business hours; No concurrent document review or other legal employment permitted while working with HaystackID unless cleared with us.
