  • GoHighLevel creative design experience (creative pages, funnels, and sites) and ability to deliver premium, conversion-focused assets.

Requirements:

  • Create elite AI-driven video content and ad creatives for home-service lead generation, pushing boundaries beyond recycled templates.
  • Lead high-level video editing for short-form paid ads and long-form/organic content, with performance-focused storytelling tied to lead results.
  • Design high-converting funnels, landing pages, and websites inside GoHighLevel (creative-only), focusing on premium visuals, layout, UX, and offer presentation.
  • Develop and manage visual social content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), ensuring platform-native formatting and consistent posting to build authority and trust.

About the Company

The company is a specialized growth partner for established residential contracting businesses, particularly roofers, that builds and manages tailored marketing and sales systems designed to scale revenue and customer acquisition. It focuses on creating integrated digital strategies, including lead generation, targeted advertising, SEO, automation, and optimized web presence, to attract ideal clients and convert prospects into booked appointments, with an emphasis on measurable return on investment and long‑term business growth.

About the Role

This is a partner-track position for a Senior Creative Partner responsible for owning and scaling the creative output of the business. The role begins with a hands-on, execution-driven focus, producing high-quality video, ad, and design content, and evolves into leading and building a creative team as revenue and margins support it. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based revenue share, with the potential for future equity or ownership based on individual performance, leadership, and company growth. The position is designed for someone who wants to be a true partner in growth, contributing strategically and creatively rather than simply executing tasks.

    • Create elite, scroll-stopping AI videos using the latest tools
    • Produce ad creative that genuinely wows and converts for home service lead generation
    • Push boundaries — no recycled templates or average AI output
  • High Level Video Editing
    • Short-form paid ads (Meta-first)
    • Long-form and organic social content
    • Performance-focused storytelling tied directly to lead results
  • Elite Funnel & Page Design (GoHighLevel — Creative Only)
    • Design high-converting funnels, landing pages, and websites inside GoHighLevel
    • Page layout, visual hierarchy, UX, and offer presentation
    • Creative design only (no workflows, automations, or backend setup)
    • Funnels and pages must look premium and convert cold traffic
  • Graphic Design & Ad Creative
    • Image ads that outperform competitors
    • Branding systems, thumbnails, and creative frameworks
    • Clean, modern, conversion-driven design
  • Social Media Management & Posting
    • Create and post content across:
      • Instagram
      • Facebook
      • TikTok
      • YouTube
      • LinkedIn
      • X (Twitter)
    • Visual-first social content for contractor brands
    • Tip-of-the-spear creative ideas that build authority and trust
    • Platform-native formatting and consistent posting
  • Sales Assets & Collateral
    • Slide decks, trifolds, brochures, presentations
    • Sales-grade and investor-grade materials
    • Clear, persuasive, professional design
  • WordPress/Elementor Design (Bonus)
    • Design and improve WordPress sites using Elementor
    • Bonus for light CSS or custom code work
    • Conversion-first layouts and UX

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $3,000–$5,000/month (depending on experience and track record)
  • Revenue Share: 1%–2% of company revenue, structured to scale responsibly
    • Paid only when profit goals are met
