Job description

Description

SUMMARY

The Senior Vendor Manager (SVM) owns the strategic, financial and operational performance as the single-threaded owner for a portfolio of top vendors representing $200M+ in annual revenue. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, inventory excellence, and operational scalability across e-commerce channels including Amazon, Direct Fulfillment and 3PL distribution networks. This position serves as a senior partner to vendors and is an internal leader across sales and operations.

The SVM works backward from the customer, balances short-term results with long-term vendor health, and partners cross-functionally to scale high-performing vendor programs. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, deep financial acumen, and the ability to influence vendors and internal teams without authority.

You’ll own high-impact vendor relationships, operate at scale, and directly influence customer experience, profitability, and long-term growth. This role offers significant visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to operate like a business owner within a fast-paced environment.
