QA Test Engineer - MDM
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Test Engineer with hands-on experience in testing Master Data Management (MDM) projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in validating Match and Merge logic, data quality rules, and end-to-end MDM workflows to ensure accurate and reliable master data across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test cases for MDM implementations, focusing on Match, Merge, and Survivorship logic.
Validate golden record creation, duplicate detection, and de-duplication scenarios.
Test MDM data models, hierarchies, and relationships.
Perform data validation across staging, base, and downstream systems.
Validate data quality rules, standardization, and enrichment logic.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for MDM solutions.
Perform backend data testing using SQL queries.
Validate batch and real-time data loads and reconciliations.
Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA.
Collaborate closely with MDM developers, data architects, and business stakeholders.
Support release testing and post-production validation.
