ITTConnect is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Servicenow) to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries.
Job location: Remote, work from home, following US EST.

Responsibilities:

Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.
Ensures that appropriate project documentation is produced throughout the project lifecycle.
Attention to details to include ability to follow written and verbal directions and error free written communication
Manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication.
Ability to facilitate and conduct meetings while asking questions and soliciting feedback, presenting and capturing notes/requirements in various software.
