We are seeking a Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team and provide expert support to clients in optimizing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Business Central and good communication skills in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Configure, customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients during and after implementation.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation to ensure client adoption and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices.


Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations modules within Business Central.
  • Good communication skills in Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, and conducting user training.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
