Job description

This is a remote position.

Content Operations Intern (Remote)

Commitment:80–90 hours/month (approx. 3–4 hours/day)

Rate:SGD 3.5/hour

Start Date:Immediate

Potential for full-time conversion

Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support branded content campaigns from execution to reporting. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all content-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Track campaign performance and maintain master sheets
Create and review campaign reports and dashboards
Coordinate with ad-buy PICs for timely updates
Conduct monthly content reviews (articles, listings, videos)
Assist with newsletters and client outreach
Support proposal development and B2B EDM content
Scout and manage freelance writers and creators
Curate design materials and organize asset libraries

Requirements

Experience in content marketing or project management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights
Proficiency in Canva or similar tools
