This is a remote position.
What You Will Do:
Provide application support for solutions built with Microsoft Power Apps, primarily Model-Driven Apps.
Analyze, resolve, and follow up on incidents and functional enhancement requests.
Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
Model, manage, and maintain data structures within Dataverse.
Support the functional evolution and continuous improvement of existing Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to ensure solution stability and alignment with business needs.
Document solutions, configurations, and best practices.
Interact with end users, providing support, guidance, and clarification when needed.
What We Are Looking For:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, particularly Model-Driven Apps.
Practical experience with Dataverse for data modeling and management.
Solid knowledge of Power Automate.
Experience in application support environments (valued).
Familiarity with Copilot Studio is a plus.
Basic understanding of ALM concepts within the Power Platform (environments, solutions, deployments).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
Junior to mid-level profile with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Used to working in support contexts with direct interaction with end users.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and collaborative mindset.
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity in problem-solving.
Experience in corporate or large organizational environments is a plus.
Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) is valued.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
English level B2 or higher.
