Job Description — Salesforce Developer (5+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in building scalable Salesforce solutions, customizing platform features, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Lightning components
Design and implement Lightning Web Components for responsive and high-performance UI
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Create and maintain triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes
Configure workflows, flows, validation rules, and security settings
Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments using CI/CD tools
Troubleshoot performance issues and production defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Lightning framework
Expertise in LWC, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
