Oracle EBS Manufacturing functional consultant

This is a remote position.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and implement Oracle Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, hands-on project experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules including:
  

  • BOM (Bill of Materials)
    

  • WIP (Work in Process)
    

  • Inventory (INV)
    

  • Costing
    

  • Quality (QA)
    

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional documents (BRD, MD050, setups, test scripts)
  

• Configure and customize Oracle Manufacturing modules based on business needs
  

• Work closely with Technical teams for RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
  

• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
  

• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects
  

• Conduct functional testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities
  

• Interact with business users and provide functional guidance and training
  

• Ensure solution compliance with best practices and business processes
  

Required Skills

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules
  

• Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle
  

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2
  

• Solid knowledge of Inventory, Costing, and integrations with Financials
  

• Experience working with Technical teams on RICEW components
  

• Ability to analyze issues and propose effective functional solutions
  

• Strong communication and documentation skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience in discrete manufacturing environments
  

• Exposure to Oracle EBS upgrades or cloud migration projects
  

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
  

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project models
