We are looking for a Commission-Based Sales Representative to join us and drive new business development across South Africa and beyond.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies that have 20+ employees and R10m+ turnover.
Build long-term relationships with HR professionals, executives, and business owners.
Promote our advisory and retainer-based services, including psychometrics, performance consulting, and HR compliance support.
Act as a trusted liaison between our consulting team and potential clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and challenges.
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in HR, professional services, or consulting.
Strong network of business decision-makers or the ability to open doors in key sectors (retail, manufacturing, finance, etc.).
Self-motivated, confident communicator who understands the value of people in driving business performance.
Ability to sell relationship-based, high-value services—this is not a one-size-fits-all product pitch.
