3+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
Strong knowledge of RDBMS; PostgreSQL experience is a big plus

This is a remote position.
Mindecs is a trusted software engineering partner. We are looking for a strong Ruby on Rails developer with excellent communication skills to join one of our teams on a long-term basis. As the Middle Developer, you’ll work within our Client's team. The company provides data science-powered risk reduction solutions, purpose-built for identifying financial crimes. Utilizing proprietary data science algorithms including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and big data technologies, the company integrates and filters institutional data and related external data including public Internet data, unstructured deep web data, as well as government and commercial datasets to significantly improve AML, KYC and BSA compliance and prevent money laundering and the crimes it supports.
Requirements
Must:
3+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
strong knowledge of RDBMS, PostgreSQL is a big plus
experience with Elasticsearch
front-end skills (Any of pure JS, Stimulus JS, React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
understanding of docker and deployment process
Nice to have:
Experience with some AI, ML tools on Analytics side.
