As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Zoho services in India, the USA, and Europe. Your primary role will be to manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales leads in our target markets.
Conduct needs analysis and present compelling demonstrations of Zoho solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and report on progress.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the SaaS or IT services industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of B2B sales principles with a track record of meeting sales goals.
Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-oriented individual who can work independently in a remote setting.
Required Tool Proficiency
The ideal candidate should have a general familiarity with sales and marketing software and be a quick learner.
CRM Software: Experience using any major CRM platform is required. Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Lead Generation: Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
General Business Tools: Competency with video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and office suites.
Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to quickly learn the Zoho application suite is essential for success in this role.
