Key Responsibilities

As a Senior HTML/CSS Developer, you’ll be responsible for shaping the front-end of our web applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your key duties will include:

• Writing clean, semantic, and well-structured HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript code to build responsive and accessible web pages.
  
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimizing web pages for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
  
• Collaborating with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect web interfaces.
  
• Implementing responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  
• Working closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic and APIs.
  
• Mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
  
• Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.
  

To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record. We’re looking for candidates with:

• 7-8 years of front-end development experience, with a focus on HTML5 and CSS3.
  
• Expertise in responsive design, including media queries, flexbox, and grid layouts.
  
• Proficiency with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
  
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
  
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive web experiences.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces and lead successful projects.
  
• Proficiency with JavaScript and experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  
• Fluency in English for effective communication in a global setting.
