Our client is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, marketing coordination, lead management, and internal systems while helping scale a growing real estate business. They operate within the real estate investment space and have shown consistent growth over the past few years through expanding lead channels, digital marketing efforts, and operational tools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to grow alongside a business that values initiative, structure, and results.
Manage and upload real estate purchase contracts for Oklahoma into the internal Closer Control system
Coordinate contract distribution by emailing sellers purchase agreements based on provided information
Support administrative tasks within Closer Control, including reviewing existing leads and re-engaging them to schedule appointments
Track and report KPIs on a monthly basis, including lead volume and source, booked appointments, contracts submitted, and closed deals
Support calendar scheduling and general administrative coordination
Assist with adding and testing AI-driven functionality within the Closer Control app
Contribute to digital and social media efforts across Facebook, Google Business, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Collaborate with marketing and SEO partners to support website updates, blogs, testimonials, and PPC initiatives
Proactively suggest new ideas for lead generation, follow-ups, and deal-closing strategies
Research competitor and reference websites to identify best practices and opportunities
Stay open to learning and applying new real estate sales and marketing techniques
Collaborate with internal team members, agent partners, and external professionals to support business goals
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with CRMs, admin platforms, and digital tools
Ability to track performance metrics and prepare simple reports
Self-management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn real estate workflows and sales processes
Previous experience in administrative support, operations, or virtual assistance
Exposure to lead management, CRM systems, or sales support is highly valuable
Familiarity with digital content platforms and social media tools is a plus
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and external partners
