This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the digital marketing agency space and have delivered consistent growth in recent years by managing high-performance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for growth-focused businesses.

This role is hands-on and execution-driven. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and clear reporting. This is not a junior or purely strategic role. Execution and results matter.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms

  • Support additional advertising channels as needed, including Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance goals and maximize return on ad spend

  • Analyze performance data and identify trends to proactively implement improvements

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking, delivery, and performance issues efficiently

  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly with minimal downtime or data discrepancies

  • Implement and manage tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console

  • Integrate Zapier workflows to support CRM and lead tracking processes

  • Set up and manage CallRail tracking to evaluate call quality and conversion performance

  • Create clear, actionable performance reports

  • Deliver insights and recommendations, explaining not only what is happening, but why and how campaigns can be scaled




  • Requirements

    • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns

    • Experience working with additional paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Bing Ads, or programmatic advertising

    • Solid understanding of performance tracking and attribution tools

    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

    • Ability to manage multiple active campaigns in a fast-moving agency environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team

    • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate work

    Qualifications

    • Proven background in paid media management within an agency or multi-client environment

    • Experience working with lead generation-focused campaigns

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly when performance issues arise
