Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience with workforce management software such as Workforce Software (certification in Workforce Software strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge in Workforce Management concepts, Workforce Software suite, ITSM tools, RACI Matrix, RAID Log and ITIL practices
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

  • Lead a team of offshore technical/functional resources to ensure that client SLAs are met

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Senior Workforce Software Consultant
Location: Canada (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time

As a Workforce Software Sr. Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Provide application management services for large enterprise cloud Workforce Software (WFS) to support clients
Participate in the full lifecycle of Operate projects including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements
Work on Incident Management activities like Incidence logging, Triage, Tracking and Resolution on severity basis, and Problem Management activities of Root Cause Analysis and Error Handling.
Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes (small and medium enhancements) based on Request for Change documents, and translate business needs into technical/functional design specifications
Configuration of Workforce Software policies (scripting) based on requirements documents
Configuration/Development of integrations to and from Workforce Software
Lead a team of offshore technical/functional resources to ensure that client SLAs are met

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience with workforce management software such as Workforce Software (certification in Workforce Software strongly preferred)
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Management concepts, Workforce Software suite, ITSM tools, RACI Matrix, RAID Log and ITIL practices
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Travel up to 10% annually

Preferred Qualifications:
WFS Certification in Configuration/Integration Specialist or above is preferred
Working with SQL, Java scripts along with WFM software such as Workforce Software
Experience in other similar solution such as Infor WFM (formerly known as Workbrain), Kronos time and attendance suite and system infrastructure.
Sound knowledge of various workforce management disciplines like Time Tracking, Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Fatigue Management, Leave Management, Overtime Equalization, Schedule Optimization,
Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay



Salary: 100000 to 150000
