We are launching a new service line focused on building high-quality digital products using AI-assisted development workflows. We’re hiring a Product Engineer who can lead client discovery, translate ideas into clear specs, and build production-grade web applications using tools like Replit.
You will work closely with a Solution Architect/Tech Lead who owns architecture standards, code review, and deployment strategy. Your role is to drive the product forward end-to-end: discovery → scope → build → demo → iterate.

What You'll Do:
- Lead discovery sessions with clients and define product goals, user workflows, and MVP scope
- Write clear specs: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Build production-ready web applications using AI-assisted development workflows (Replit)
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect/Tech Lead for architecture guidance and code review
- Create clean, usable UIs with strong UX fundamentals (responsive, consistent, accessible)
- Present demos to clients, collect feedback, and iterate quickly
- Maintain delivery discipline: milestones, documentation, and clear communication
What "Production-Ready" Means Here
We build real client-facing applications — not just prototypes. Your work should be structured, testable, and maintainable, with attention to:
- clean UX
- stable core flows
- error handling
- consistent UI patterns
- clear documentation
- readiness for review and deployment
We do not focus on highly regulated or niche-complexity domains (e.g., healthcare compliance).
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong product mindset: ability to turn ambiguity into clear scope and execution
- Client-facing communication skills (discovery, presentations, demos)
- Experience building web apps using AI-assisted workflows (Replit strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and modern web product patterns
- Ability to read, modify, and debug AI-generated code (no need to write complex code from scratch)
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage delivery across milestones
- Excellent written communication: specs, documentation, structured thinking
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Prompting frameworks and structured AI collaboration skills
- Familiarity with APIs, authentication, databases, and integrations
- Startup / MVP delivery experience
- Basic branding or product marketing sensitivity (visual polish, consistency, clarity)

- Establish repeatable workflows for specs → build → demo → iteration
