Minimum of 3 years of software quality assurance experience, with at least 2 years in web automation using Cucumber, Selenium, or Cypress.
At least 2 years experience using Postman for API testing and JMeter for load testing.
Experience using test management tools like Jira, Trello, and Azure (preferred).
Experience working in an agile environment and ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:

This is a remote position.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Automate at least 60% of the processes
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with developers and product managers to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Transfer application data and knowledge to monitoring and ticketing support analyst to facilitate and improve service support for all IT solutions.
Liaise with the Programmers to create Technical Documents
Requirements
