Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with ITSM
Proven ability to implement ServiceNow solutions from scratch
Strong experience with integrations, CMDB, and Discovery
Familiarity with modules such as IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine is advantageous

Requirements:

Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions end-to-end with hands-on development (e.g., incidents, problems, changes)
Lead implementations from scratch and drive integrations with external systems; install and configure MID servers
Configure and maintain CMDB and Discovery processes to ensure data accuracy and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage modules such as IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine and deliver high-quality solutions

Job description

This is a remote position.

ITSM ServiceNow Developers (e.g., ITSM, incident & problem management, etc.) with experience in modules either IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine would be advantageous.
Please share the profiles who are 5 + years of relevant experience on ServiceNow Development with ITSM hands on experience, Implementations from scratch, good in Integrations, install Mid servers, CMDB and Discovery knowledge.
