Proficiency in Java programming language with solid OOP concepts and Selenium WebDriver (Selenium 3 or 4).
Strong experience with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern or BDD with Cucumber; familiarity with TestNG, Maven, Extent Reports, and Jenkins.
Experience working in Scrum environments, using Jira, and Git/BITBUCKET for version control.
Knowledge of Salesforce Platform; proficiency in SOQL, DML/DQL, and API testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured is preferred.

Job description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Maintain existing scripts and automate new features and platforms using existing Gartner automation framework. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline to enable/maintain continuous integration. Develop reusable and modular components that can be utilized across multiple test scripts. Able to identify the test scenarios for automation feasibility and test data preparation to be consumed by scripts. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify issues and performance bottlenecks. Able to perform code reviews for automated test scripts to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Work in a scrum team to test internal and customer-facing applications. Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms. Work with technical leaders, architects, and team to understand new product requirements. Check consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems. Technical competencies : Proficiency in Java programming language.
