Ivanti Neurons Consultant / Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ivanti Neurons Professional to handle implementation, administration, and/or corporate training assignments. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Ivanti Neurons platform including ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, and Automation modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Ivanti Neurons (ITSM / ITAM / Discovery)
  

• Customize workflows, forms, and automation processes
  

• Manage incident, problem, change, and asset management modules
  

• Integrate Ivanti with third-party tools and enterprise systems
  

• Deliver corporate training sessions (if Trainer role)
  

• Provide hands-on lab demonstrations and real-time use cases
  

• Troubleshoot platform-related issues
  

• Prepare documentation and training materials
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Ivanti Neurons platform
  

• Knowledge of ITIL processes
  

• Experience in workflow configuration & automation
  

• Understanding of IT Service Management concepts
  

• Good communication & presentation skills
  

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Certification
  

• Ivanti Neurons Certification (Added Advantage)
