About the Agency Ownership Program!

If you are someone who has wanted to own their own business but hasn't found the right route yet, this is for you.

Whether you've run other types of businesses, or you have experience working a regular W2 job... many of us are looking for the opportunity that will afford us the balance of TIME / FREEDOM / MONEY that we are constantly searching for.


This program is intentionally built to help motivated, ambitious, committed individuals to be able to build sustainable life insurance agencies that provide long-term passive income WHILE ALSO showing you how to be a successful insurance producer as well. This way, you can have a profitable business in your very first month.

In as fast as seven months, you can outright own an agency that is sellable, willable, and transferrable. An agency that has direct contracts with dozens of the largest insurance carriers in the United States. An agency that is starting to generate real, passive income every day with direct deposits hitting your bank account.


Committed first-year agency owners can make well over $100,000 a year. Over the course of the next 5+ years, agency owners that continue to invest back in to their business and grow their teams can earn $50,000+ per month on purely passive income.


We're here to support you wherever you are on your journey, and you get out what you put in. The beauty of this role is that you are your own boss. Want to work 80 hours a week and grind until there's no tomorrow? That's great! Want to do this part-time to bring in $1k-$2k in additional income a month? That's completely fine too.

Responsibilities

  • Be coachable and ready to learn and grow as you master the Symmetry system
  • Contact your leads, book appointments, run appointments, serve families through putting policies in place that protect your families
  • Work with our dozens of carrier partners to learn and articulate the benefits of our product portfolio
  • Create and own your own schedule to effectively engage and help your leads/clients put protection in place for their families
  • Learn how to recruit, onboard, lead, and retain an effective sales force of agents
