Medidata RAVE Programmer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Medidata RAVE Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Medidata RAVE study builds, including programming and configuration of RAVE CRFs, folders, Edit Checks, integrations, migrations, and reports. The role involves administering RAVE modules, providing user and technical support, and collaborating with other IT staff on RAVE projects while adhering to SOPs and GCP regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer RAVE modules, including Reports Administration, PDF Services, Batch Uploader, User Administration, and Site Administration.
  
• Provide user support and technical support to ensure smooth operation and utilization of the RAVE system.
  
• Collaborate with IT staff and other stakeholders on RAVE-related projects to meet business and clinical needs.
  
• Adhere to SOPs for computer system validation and comply with all GCP (Good Clinical Practice) regulations.
  
• Manage time effectively, estimate effort for tasks accurately, and meet agreed-upon deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  
• Communicate effectively with management and clinical teams regarding RAVE build activities and project updates.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Medidata RAVE study build and administration.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  

Preferred

• Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry.
  
• Familiarity with GCP regulations and SOPs related to clinical systems.
  
• Experience with technical troubleshooting and support.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and schedules.
